Over 200 LPs and over 200 GPs will once again gather in Geneva for an event unlike any other. With a strict one-to-one ratio of LPs to GPs, this event delivers unparalleled relationship building in a collegiate, non-commercial environment. The Investors' Forum is open only to Invest Europe member GPs and qualified institutional investors. ** Invest Europe defines institutional investors as a government organisation, pension fund, insurance company, corporate investor (that acts as LP as a fund investor; corporate investors that are direct investors are not eligible), single family office, foundation or an endowment that allocate a portion of their AUM to private equity, venture capital and/or infrastructure in Europe. Only institutional investors that do not manage any third party private equity money will be eligible for the free pass.

*** In order to preserve the ratio of LPs and GPs participating in the event, we limit the participation of placement agents to a maximum of two representatives per firm.

Participants are requested at the same time to pay the registration fee by bank transfer or credit card in Euro, as shown on the registration form.

Bank transfers are to be made net of all bank charges and commissions to either: international bank transfer account number: IBAN BE33 3300 5785 0046 (Swift/BiC: BBruBEBB), or domestic bank transfer account number: 330-0578500-46 with ING. A copy of the bank transfer should be sent by email together with the registration form to Invest Europe.

To avoid any confusion, participants are requested to clearly indicate their name and address on transfer orders. Acknowledgement of registration, the receipt for fees and practical information will be sent to the participant following reception of the registration and payment.

Payment by credit card is required for all registrations after 29 February 2017.

Accommodation >

The conference registration fee does not include accommodation. Hotel rooms must be reserved directly by the delegate.

 

The delegate is responsible for all travel-related arrangements and costs, including but not exclusive to hotel, airfare and visas. Invest Europe is not responsible for any travel-related costs and any resulting fees due to cancellation of attendance, changes in travel schedule or the cancellation/rescheduling of events, including but not exclusive to travel disruption due to illness, weather and rejection of visa application.

 

Please review the registration cancellation policy. These penalties will apply even when cancellation is a result of a change in travel plans or the inability to secure the necessary flights, hotel accommodations and visas to attend the event. The delegate is responsible for the full burden of these costs.

Cancellation >

Registrations are transferable until 72 hours prior to the event. The final registration is only for the individual named in the registration and cannot be shared with or transferred across multiple participants. Cancellations can only be accepted if received in writing by 1 March 2017. Fees, less 20% administration charge, will then be credited. After this date delegates, will be liable for the full fee.

Invest Europe cannot be held liable for any costs or expenses of any nature (such as, but not limited to, hotel and transportation costs and expenses) incurred in connection with the conference by a participant who is prevented for any reason (such as, but not limited to, the unavailability of transportation) from attending the conference. We recommend that participants take out a travel insurance policy to cover any such eventualities as well as covering the potential loss of or damage to personal possessions.
