An Invest Europe-led delegation will be travelling to Seoul and Tokyo to deliver practical insight into the investment opportunities in Europe. 1 Local institutional investor participation in the Investors’ Seminar is complimentary. All institutional investor registrations will be reviewed to assure that the registration fits the criteria.

Invest Europe defines firms eligible for the complimentary pass as institutional investors based in Japan and South Korea, including government organisation, pension fund, insurance company, corporate investor, family office, foundation or an endowment, that act as a Limited Partner (LP) investing in private equity / infrastructure funds. Fund-of-funds, secondary funds and investment consultants may attend for a fee. Please email events@investeurope.eu for details.

Payment methods >

Please complete the online registration form.

Participants are requested at the same time to pay the registration fee by bank transfer or credit card in Euro, as shown on the registration form.

Bank transfers are to be made net of all bank charges and commissions to either: international bank transfer account number: IBAN BE33 3300 5785 0046 (Swift/BiC: BBruBEBB), or domestic bank transfer account number: 330-0578500-46 with ING.

A copy of the bank transfer should be sent by email together with the registration form to Invest Europe.

To avoid any confusion, participants are requested to clearly indicate their name and address on transfer orders.

Acknowledgement of registration, the receipt for fees and practical information will be sent to the participant following reception of the registration and payment.

Payment by credit card is required for all registrations after 5 November 2016.

Accommodation >

The conference registration fee does not include accommodations. Hotel rooms must be reserved directly by the delegate.

 

The delegate is responsible for all travel-related arrangements and costs, including but not exclusive to hotel, airfare and visas. Invest Europe is not responsible for any travel-related costs and any resulting fees due to cancellation of attendance, changes in travel schedule or the cancellation/rescheduling of events, including but not exclusive to travel disruption due to illness, weather and rejection of visa application.

 

Please review the registration cancellation policy. These penalties will apply even when cancellation is a result of a change in travel plans or the inability to secure the necessary flights, hotel accommodations and visas to attend the event. The delegate is responsible for the full burden of these costs.

Cancellation >

Registrations are transferable until 72 hours prior to the event. The final registration is only for the individual named in the registration and cannot be shared with or transferred across multiple participants. Cancellations can only be accepted if received in writing by 5 November 2016. Fees, less 20% administration charge, will then be credited. After this date delegates, will be liable for the full fee.

The working language of the conference will be English. Simultaneous translation to Korean and Japanese will be available.

Liability >

Invest Europe cannot be held liable for any costs or expenses of any nature (such as, but not limited to, hotel and transportation costs and expenses) incurred in connection with the conference by a participant who is prevented for any reason (such as, but not limited to, the unavailability of transportation) from attending the conference. We recommend that participants take out a travel insurance policy to cover any such eventualities as well as covering the potential loss of or damage to personal possessions.
